By accessing iamjaychong.com (“Site”) and purchasing any product or service offered, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site.

2. Products and Services
2.1 Digital Products
I offer digital ebooks under the “Digital Craftsmanship” series, available for purchase at USD 39 (single volume) or USD 97 (bundle). Upon successful payment via Stripe, a download link will be delivered to your registered email address within 24 hours.
2.2 Consulting and Search Optimization Services
I offer the following professional service engagements:
- Phase 01: Entry Point Discovery Audit – USD 500, one-time engagement
- Phase 02: SEO Foundation – from USD 1,500 per month
- Phase 03: Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) Layer – from USD 2,500 per month
- Phase 04: Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Dominance – from USD 3,000 per month
All service engagements are governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (“SOW”) agreed upon before work commences. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW, the SOW takes precedence.
3. Payment
All payments for digital products are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. For service engagements, invoicing terms are specified in the SOW.
I reserve the right to modify product pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid.
4. Digital Product Delivery
Download links are delivered via the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address. Links may have an expiry period; if your link has expired, contact me at hello@iamjaychong.com for reactivation.
If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment, please check your spam folder first, then contact me.
5. Refund Policy
Please refer to the Refund Policy page for full details. In summary:
- Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.
- Phase 01 audits are non-refundable once work has commenced, but may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment for a full refund.
- Monthly service retainers (Phase 02, 03, 04) may be exited at the end of any billing month with 14 days written notice. No partial-month refunds.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including ebooks, articles, graphics, frameworks, and branding, is the intellectual property of Jay Chong Yen Jye unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
Purchase of a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own private, non-commercial purposes only.
7. Disclaimer of Results
Results from SEO, AEO, or GEO services are not guaranteed. Digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors outside my control, including but not limited to: search engine and AI platform algorithm changes, competitive market conditions, client website quality, and implementation speed.
Any projections, case references, or outcome estimates provided during a consultation or in marketing materials are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jay Chong Yen Jye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, my products or services.
In any event, my total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

This Site may contain links to external websites. I am not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Links are provided for convenience only.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

I may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site or purchase of products after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
