Digital Products (Ebooks)
No Refund Policy
All digital product sales are final. No refunds are issued once the download link has been delivered to your email address.
Why no refunds? Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in any meaningful sense. The content represents significant intellectual effort, research, and expertise. This policy is consistent with standard international practice for digital goods and applies regardless of whether the content has been downloaded or read.
Before purchasing, I encourage you to:
- Read the product description in full on the product page
- Review any sample content or preview available
- Email hello@iamjaychong.com with any questions before purchasing
Technical exception: If you did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment due to a verified technical error on my end (not a spam filter or incorrect email issue), I will either re-send the link or issue a full refund. Contact me within 7 days of purchase.
Phase 01: Entry Point Discovery Audit (USD 500)
Cancellation Window
Non-refundable once work has commenced. You may cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no work has begun.
To cancel within the 48-hour window, email hello@iamjaychong.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
Monthly Service Retainers (Phase 02, 03, 04)
Month-to-Month Exit
You may exit your retainer at the end of any billing month. Provide written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date. No partial-month refunds are issued for work already delivered.
The monthly engagement model is intentionally flexible. There is no lock-in contract requiring you to commit to a full multi-phase programme. Each phase stands independently, and you retain all deliverables produced to date upon exit.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact me at hello@iamjaychong.com before initiating a chargeback with your card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Unjustified chargebacks for delivered digital goods will be contested with the relevant evidence provided to Stripe.
